Nottingham Mechanics Open Day - Saturday 21st August 2010

The Society will be at the Nottingham Mechanics Open Day on the 21st August. The Mechanics is open from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm. A number of groups that use the buildings will be presenting their activites, and tours of the building will be avaiable.

The Nottingham Mechanics is in North Sherwood Street, Nottingham, not far from Shakespeare Street.

Recording Days

This year the Society's Memorial Inscription recording project is
Carlton Cemetery in the Borough of Gedling in Nottinghamshire.
If you would like more information, please send your email address to

Weather permitting, recording will start in mid-May on Wednesday and
Saturday mornings.
