The Society has established a Research Room at the Galleries of Justice in Nottingham.

 

The room will be open usually on Wednesday & Thursday from 10.15 am to 12.15 pm, and all day Friday from 10.15 am to 4.00 pm. The room will also be open occasionally on Saturday mornings.

The Research Room has:

A library of books and pamphlets relating to Nottinghamshire and general family history including the Record Series of books.

The Census CDs.

The Baptism, Marriage and Burial CDs.

The General, Church (Rock), Basford and Gedling All Hallows memorial inscriptions.

The IGI on microfiche.

The Census on microfiche.

Memorial Inscriptions on microfiche.

Access to the Research Room is free to members of the Society. A charge of £2 per session per person will be made for non-members to help defray the costs of running the Research Room.
